Bronze Free Range Turkeys
Our traditional farmyard breed turkeys are reared in a free range environment to give them a succulent flavour. The insects that live in their free ranging environment provide the most natural source of protein to help the turkeys grow to be strong and tasty.
The bronze turkeys are traditionally known to have quite a ‘game’ flavour. We rear them from chicks on the farm starting in May. They usually start venturing outside after about 2 months when they are strong enough to face the elements.
