I was using the Woolley Park guinea fowls on the menu which I have never had better in all my years of cooking.I didn’t think Woolley Park could produce anything better, then I tried the ducks I was gob-smacked at the quality of these birds. I doubt there’s anything better on the market, here at home or in France.
